GBRBC FENSA - Guide to Building Regulations, Building Control and FENSA
To coincide with the launch of FENSA, the BPF Windows Group has published a Guide to Building Regulations, Building Control and FENSA. Available in A5 hard copy on on a CD-ROM this document, provides guidance to the new Building Regulations, and includes an explanation of the work of Building Control and FENSA. The Building Regulations amendments introduce significant changes to the present Building Regulations, especially with regard to the inclusion of replacement works, and the increased thermal performance of windows and doors. Anthony Wilkinson (Chairman, BPF Windows Group Technical Committee) compiled the guide, with the assistance of the Technical Executive and various members of the BPF Windows Group. The guide is also available as a PowerPoint presentation.
